ISSCR Shares Concerns Regarding New Google Ads Policy
…the ISSCR is concerned that unscrupulous clinics may misuse the update to Google’s policy by promoting unproven therapies under the guise of distributing material that is “exclusively educational or informational in nature.” If so, this would harm consumers and public health.

It is a great honor for me to assume the ISSCR Presidency during the 20th anniversary year of the Society’s founding. In the past 20 years, the ISSCR has embodied our shared passion for stem cell research. Thanks to all of you, the ISSCR became the world’s preeminent Society for stem cell research. The remarkable growth of the ISSCR is driven by our members’ exciting research and discoveries, many of which are being translated into life-saving treatments and new approaches in drug development for the benefit of humanity.
Haifan Lin Takes on New Role as President of the ISSCR
The ISSCR is pleased to announce Haifan Lin, PhD, Yale University School of Medicine, USA, as its President. Dr. Lin’s one-year term of office leading the global Society begins today.
ISSCR Guidelines Update Now Available in German
The ISSCR is pleased to announce the availability of the German language version of the ISSCR 2021 Guidelines for Stem Cell Research and Clinical Translation. The following groups and individuals collaborated on the translation.
